We are a US-incorporated startup actively using Azure through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program. Despite completing all tasks in the verification checklist and meeting the stated criteria, our level-up application has been denied multiple times.
Support (Ticket ID: 2412100040007772) was unable to clarify the issue or provide guidance on what is missing. We rely heavily on Azure credits, and with our product launch just 3 days away, this is an urgent matter.
Could someone clarify the specific reasons for denial or advise on what additional steps we need to take?
