After the Azure local validation passed, i have face a new Issue.
The Deployment stage has done by yesterday, but it failed on the Create Network stage. After investigation, I have fixed it and wanna to resume deployment. But it didn't get any response and the whole deployment is blank. Even i have do the "Recreate" or "Resume Deployment" doesn't help.
Any clues?

Could you please provide more details, so that I can look deeply into the issue.
When the deployment failed on the Create Network stage, what error details or messages did you see? Did you check the Logs?
Can you please try to Recreate or Resume Deployment through Azure CLI?
There might be issue with Azure portal, clear cache and try opening in incognito mode.

The Create Network Stage failed on the communication on the "Storage subnet". After investigation, should be Physical Network Switch VLAN config issue, it has been solved.
How do resume the deployment through Azure CLI?

Thanks for getting back with us.
Check if any resources were created during failed deployment, clean up those if necessary.
Try to redeploy using azure CLI:
<template-file.json> is the path to your Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template file that specifies the resources you wish to deploy
<parameters-file.json> is the path to your parameters file, which includes the values for the parameters defined in your ARM template
az deployment group create \
--resource-group <resource-group-name> \
--template-file <template-file.json> \
--parameters <parameters-file.json>

Check the status of the deployment, then delete the failed deployment and redeploy.

Finally I have found the clue from this community, one of the server node didn't get LCMcontroller service started.
After I have start it, the status report resume back.
