Can't renew reservation for Azure Database for PostgreSQL expiring

Presently still using Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Single Server. We have a reservation that expires near end of January (azuredb_postgresql_general_purpose_compute_gen5 - East US). When attempt to purchase another reservation, only Flexible Server choices are available. We have not started the migration yet to Flexible Server (needs to be done by March 28, 2025) and don't want to loose the cost reduction that our existing reservation provides for our existing Single Server. Is there any way to buy reservation now that covers both our existing Single Server, and then the reservation could then apply to the Flexible Server when we migrate in about a month?

Hence, Complete the migration to Flexible Server before your reservation ends in January. This will ensure you can purchase a Flexible Server reservation immediately, maintaining cost reductions without a gap in coverage.

    Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Single Server is on the retirement path and is scheduled to retire by March 28, 2025. We strongly recommend that you upgrade to Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Flexible Server.

    Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server is a fully managed database service designed to provide more granular control and flexibility over database management functions and configuration settings. In general, the service provides more flexibility and customizations based on the user requirements.
