I get this error: Cannot activate the 'Azure Logic Apps (Standard)' extension because it depends on an unknown 'ms-azuretools.vscode-azurefunctions' extension.

As mentioned here in this public documentation this standard logic app extension has the following dependencies.

Also, documents say the below two ways to install this extension if you have tried installation by following one method tried the other methods as well.

• Install all dependencies automatically.
• Download and install each dependency separately.

The problem was that the extension ms-azuretools.vscode-azurefunctions was gone from the marketplace, but now its back, so I think its fixed.
