Hello I have a new pc build and around 2 days into using it it started crashing with no bsod.

I checked the pc log and i saw the critical error kernel power error 41 and searched online and nothing fixed it.

I have a i7 14700k z790 aorus elite ax 64gb ram.

I ran memtest86 and no errors were found.

I reseated gpu and ram and psu cables.

I checked windows updates

I reset the power plan to balanced

I ran a occt psu test and it passed

I turned off the fast boot option

Now my last two options are clean installing windows

Or psu? Can i upload my event log to be examined?

Please help I'm going insane...

    Hello,

If you are experiencing issues related to this event, such as frequent system crashes or unexpected reboots, it could be due to a variety of factors including driver conflicts, hardware malfunctions, or power settings misconfigurations.

Ensure all device drivers are up-to-date, especially those related to power management, such as the chipset drivers and any specific drivers for components like the graphics card or motherboard.

Use Event Viewer to gather more detailed information about the Kernel-Power event.
