Create Postgres error Subscription 'xxxxxx' is not allowed to provision in 'East US'.

I am trying to create a postgres database in the East US region, but I get the following error

Subscription 'xxx' is not allowed to provision in 'East US'

Please, does anyone know how to solve it?

    Hi,

    You may request ability to provision to East US by creating new Service and subscription limits (quotas) request. To do this you can use link below to start the process:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/ModernBillingMenuBlade/~/supportrequest

    Click Next to move to Additional details tab. Click Enter details, Quota type: Region access, Location requested: East US, number of cores you need, similar to below:

    Save and continue and continue filling out case details and submit case. You should receive a confirmation email. If they don't grant your request you may consider deploying to East US 2 instead.
