How do I fix 403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2 when I'm not a computer expert?

This started sometime back while I was using Microsoft Edge. I had been successfully using it to access my AT&T retiree account but suddenly started to get this:

I switched to Google Chrome and didn't have the problem until today. Now the same thing on it. I don't have any problem accessing the site via my iPhone or the Duck Duck Go browser on my laptop (for now). Everything I've seen online assumes I some sort of computer expert and/or tells me to go into Azure to fix it but I don't even have an account. I've tried clearing history with no luck.

    Hi @Mark J , I understand you're accessing AT&T retiree account but stumbled on 403 Forbidden page.

If you still can access the same page using a different browser, it could be any of these reasons:

    1. Expired cookies. This is usually solved by clearing your history and all of your cookies and caches.
    2. Your Google Chrome needs to be updated.
    3. Your website provider applied a new rule on their site that renders your browser blocked.
    4. Links pointing to a path that doesn't exist from your website provider.

You mentioned that you've cleared your history. Please try deleting cookies and caches from your browser, too. Restart your laptop after that. If you've done all that and you've made sure that your Google Chrome has been updated to the newest version but you still encounter the same issue, please contact your website provider.
