Jira and Share point online integration issue

whenever i am trying to connect to Share point online from Jira i am getting the below error :

Authentication failed!

An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link "Dtac - Jira - Sharepoint file API access (0ccf2d2b-e59d-3187-8ffb-af43d8b30758) https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/my_InfraManagement/InfraDocCollections/default.aspx generic" OAuth Problem Details

Failed to get token from service provider. Response status code is '400'

Please suggest

I tried this with the api call from postman and from application links in jira. we have whitelisted the Ip range and urls from microsoft to establish the connection between the Jira and Share point online integration.
