hi !

Has anyone encountered an issue where Single Sign-On (SSO) is not working for Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, while it functions correctly for Outlook? The applications were installed using the Office365 installer version (16.0.18227.20162) in the Azure Virtual Desktop environment. The OS used is Windows 11 multisession + Office 23H2 with FSLogix 2.9.8884.27471

A Group Policy Object (GPO) has been implemented to enable silent sign-in using Windows credentials for OneDrive, which was previously effective for other Office applications. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @Azim

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

The following suggestion is for your reference:

    1. Check GPO configuration: To ensure that the Group Policy Object (GPO) is configured correctly, check if the registry key was added to the domain computer via the GPO. If not, I recommend that you update the Group Policy, restart the computer, and test to see the results.
    2. Update FSLogix: Upgrade to the latest version of FSLogix and review the release notes. If you are in a similar situation, please refer to this document.
    3. Check Azure AD configuration: Microsoft 365 users who log in to Office applications from a domain-joined computer via an Active Directory account are signed out of the Office application. The next time the user opens the Office application, they are not automatically signed in. The user must manually sign in to the Office application. If you are in a similar situation, please refer to this document.
