Alert Policy for Exchange 2019 Server

Unfortunately I'm not seeing Alert Policies under Mail Flow.

You are not able to see in EAC because Alert policy is a part of online exchange server in office 365.

Then you can try the following methods:

1. You can use a PowerShell script to monitor the number of emails sent by each user, and then create an alert when the threshold is exceeded. Here is a sample script that you can start with:

2. You can schedule this script to run daily using Task Scheduler.

• Open Task Scheduler.
• Create a new task.
• Set the Trigger to Daily.
• Set the Action to Run PowerShell and provide the path to the script.

3. Make sure your script is tested and deployed on the Exchange Server.

Note that this is a basic script and should be modified and tested for your environment.
