To prevent malicious attacks on the service, there are limits on how many calls can be made per minute. These limits apply to both the click-to-call widget and the click-to-call link.
As far as you are concerned, using <a href="tel:xxx"> in CRM to make Teams outbound calls follows the same general guidelines as other click-to-call features. Therefore, you can review and configure the calling policies in the Teams Admin Center to ensure that they meet the requirements of your organization and any applicable restrictions. As long as you are making normal outbound calls, this limit will not affect you.
