May I know what the error is you are facing while you are added as external users?
could you please check are these users might already have accounts in your organization's Entra ID (AAD) tenant.
Do you have enough role that allows you to create users in your tenant directory? please check the Prerequisites to add a guest user and send an invitation.
Could you please check the organization's external collaboration settings and see is there any Guest invite restrictions. You can check this in the Microsoft Entra admin center under Identity > External Identities > External collaboration settings, which has shown in the below
