Hi there.

It does currently not work to insert icons (again) in PowerPoint presentations. Both the web and the desktop app (Windows) show a whitescreen and an error message like "This website https://hubblecontent.osi.office.net/contentsvc/microsoftcontent... does seem to have problems or is permanently moved to another web address" is displayed in the web application.

Things that were tried:

  • VPN is not activated; should not be a network issue
  • latest version of the PowerPoint desktop app was installed (2412)
  • cleaning the cache in the desktop app and from the browser did not resolve this problem (private window in browser)
  • repaired office suite
  • Windows updates are up-to-date

On another laptop both the desktop and the web application seem to work with the latest (2412) update of PowerPoint.
