Hello Azure Support Team,
I inadvertently set up my Azure Sponsorship subscription under my personal Hotmail account:
- Personal account (current owner): mdasmendel@hotmail.com
However, I need to transfer this subscription to my corporate account:
- Corporate account (desired owner): mihai@babymedy.com
I can see the subscription’s consumption when checking usage or billing, but I cannot manage or access the subscription in the Azure Portal. Because of this, I’m unable to perform a “Change Owner” or “Change Directory” myself.
My request:
- Please help transfer the Azure Sponsorship subscription from mdasmendel@hotmail.com to mihai@babymedy.com so I can manage and use it within my organization’s Azure environment.
