Urgent Review Request for FoundersHub Tier 4 Application Due to Credit Expiration
Due to credits granted in the FoundersHub sponsorship, the entire infrastructure for the P2P Platform is hosted on Azure, benefiting from various advantages. A recent application for Tier 4 of FoundersHub has been submitted, but the response is still pending.
Given the imminent expiration of credits, an urgent review of the application is necessary.
Steps Taken So Far:
- Completed requirements shown in FoundersHub:
- Verification checklist has been completed.
- Engagement has been confirmed by Nandhini S (Operations Lead - Microsoft for Startup Tier-1 Program Support).
- During contact with Nandhini S, additional information was requested, which has been provided via email and in the FoundersHub profile.
- Verification checklist has been completed.
Supporting Information:
The following links should serve as sufficient proof that the required funding and traction for stage 4 has been achieved:
- Database profile with funding data:
- Published customer case study:
- Information demonstrating involvement in an accelerator program:
- Press release discussing customer volumes:
- Data on app download volumes:
- Play Store: 6k Downloads
- App Store: 8.1k Downloads
- Google Analytics data: 108k active users in the past twelve months (cookie acceptance rate of 30-40% indicates a total of >300k active users)
Urgency Details:
- Currently, the remaining credits are below $300.
- The entire infrastructure is hosted on Azure, and service to customers is dependent on it.
- As a rental platform, constant access and communication are required; downtime poses a significant risk.
- As a startup, funding the infrastructure in its current form is a considerable financial burden.
Request for Support:
Given these circumstances, an immediate escalation of the review process is requested to prevent major issues in business operations.
Thank you for the support throughout the program, and a continued collaboration is hoped for. Additional information is available if needed.
Kind regards,
Johann from Fainin
