I have a wired printer connected to a desktop running Windows 10. I am trying to connect another Windows 10 desktop to this printer through the desktop's shared network. I can see the printer showing up in the network but I keep getting Error 0x0000011b when I try to add it.

    Hello,

It is an old issue. You should update your win10 to latest version and change this registry:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print.

Create DWORD (32-bit) Value named "RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled" and set value to 0

You can use these links and preference:

Managing deployment of Printer RPC binding changes for CVE-2021-1678 (KB4599464) - Microsoft Support

    0x0000011b - Microsoft Community
