Getting errot"Could not count rows in the target table after migration. Migration may have succeeded, but row count is not verified."

Trying to migrate one table from Oracle 19 to MS SQL 2019 and one table keeps failing with the error:

"Could not count rows in the target table after migration". I tried resetting the 'data migration timeout' from 15 to 600 but looks like it didn't do anything. Any thoughts?
