Need help to make script to apply Dolby setting

I need to better understand an issue on Windows. Has anyone recently come across microphone problems caused by Dolby on Lenovo T14s,  If so, please share your insights or help resolve the issue.

I want someone to help me apply this setting. Can I apply this setting using a PS1 script? if yes please suggest script.User's image
