Solved Issue, the firewall was blocking it.

Hello,
After entering a value that includes xml tags in an app configuration, I cannot access the configuration explorer, the message is: the error message is "User is not able to connect to the service", "details": "We had trouble reaching the server. This is usually an indication that the network is down or a firewall or browser extension (such as an ad blocker) is mistakenly preventing access."
I tested with different users and browsers and it generates the same error
I also checked the azure status page and they don't have any alerts
Someone knows the solution?
