Rendering to a browser

Is it possible to output to a browser? I am looking for a way to have all the rendering done on Azure but then broadcast to a browser (and allow inputs). I would like to have each user who connects given their own "session" so any updates to the scene (camera position, zoom, etc.) is specific to their session and does not cause all users to see the updates. Is this possible?
