Hi!
I've noticed link "(Pro (Licensed)" in the footer of my azure managed grafana instance.Screenshot 2023-06-05 at 11.32.17

In the portal, Grafana Enterprise is disabled.

@Bohdan B Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. I assume the current version that is being using Grafana cloud pro, however I will reconfirm on this with the product team.

For more information on enabling the Grafana enterprise, you can refer to this document.

There is no straightforward answer to this. Grafana Pro isn't an external product name, but it's really Grafana Enterprise (their on-prem software) minus all the Enterprise plugins. This is the version that Azure Managed Grafana runs on. Again, it includes all the Grafana Enterprise features but none of the Enterprise plugins, which are available as a separately licensed and paid add-on package (through a Grafana Labs' offer in the Azure Marketplace) for Azure Managed Grafana.
