I am using the MSN Weather gadget developed by Microsoft and it suddenly stopped working with error code 502 two days ago. I suspect some changes have occurred. Can anyone confirm if there have been any changes to the MSN Weather related APIs? Is there a way to rebuild the connection to fix the error?

Running environment: Windows 10 19044.3086

Images of the error messages are attached.

    Hi Folks,

Looks like you might have found a loop hole to call with the "vista" tag or other older versions of the Windows OS but that is likely now also closed. It seems this service was closed in 2015...https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23783188/msn-weather-api

Today you can try https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/connectors/msnweather/ or , since you are asking in the maps forum, https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/azure/azure-maps/how-to-request-weather-data which is powered by Accuweather, who also offer an API directly.

    Sincerely,

    IoTGirl
