@Ramon Plata, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For our issue, to know more detailed, please go to one affected device and check the event log under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic-Provider > Admin to see if any related error exists
For the setting in administrative template, it will change the registry key on the device. Please check if the registry key related with these settings are set on the device:
