Increase the timeout value for the refresh operation. You can do this by modifying the refresh settings in the Azure Analysis Services.
Check if there are any issues with the gateway. If you are using a gateway to connect to the data source, ensure that the gateway is running and configured correctly.
Just, uninstall and install the last gateway from Microsoft and that should fix the issu
