Change Notifications Subscription Request to /communications/CallRecords resource is failing with 500 Internal Server Error with below response

I am able to create subscription for other resource like Groups with same notification url.
Also, I have correct Permissions: Application Permissions for Call Records Resource in my registered app.

Check the server logs: If you have access to the server logs, they might contain more detailed information about what went wrong. Look for any error messages or exceptions that occurred around the time you made the request.

Retry the operation: Sometimes, server errors are temporary and can be resolved by simply retrying the operation.

Check the server's health: If you're using a third-party server, check its status page or contact its support team to see if there are any known issues.

The error code 500 corresponds to "Internal error encountered while performing the required operation" as per the response codes provided in the context. This means that the error is not on your end but on the server's end.

I am not sure about how to check server logs. Can we access them from somewhere?
I have registered an app and was calling the Graph APIs from postman.

Also, do we need paid azure subscription or teams license to subscribe to callrecords resource?

Also I am facing same issue since a week. So doesn't look like temporary one.
I am able to subscribe for Groups Resource. So doesn't look like server health issue too.

We tried to repro the same by subscribing to same resource to get change notification and it worked perfectly fine at our end.

Also, you don't need any paid azure subscription or teams license to subscribe to callRecords resource.

Weird.
I have the read permissions for call records resource too. This is what I am getting in token.

Also, for response to validation of the notification url, we need to return the validation token as plaint text with 200 ok response right?
I am able to subscribe to Groups Resource. So I think the validation of notification url is working finr.
