I've been brought here from the following thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/bing/forum/bing_maps-bing_dir-bing_appdev_pcmac/how-do-i-stop-bing-maps-from-commonly-showing-me/8bcac22a-d2bf-450c-a753-0beaa3a5a733?rtAction=1698256481189
Question:
How do I stop Bing Maps (PC/Browser) from commonly showing me "Real Estate" when I'm simply searching for an address? This happens quite frequently (More frequently as of late) and I do NOT want to see real estate. How do I turn this feature off; it's very obnoxious and is ruining my search experience for a simple address. I'd much rather bing maps tell me if it located an address or not. Some time ago, Bing maps used to plot an unknown house number at the middle of the street in the event the house number fit the house number range but wasn't exact. Again, how do I remove the Real Estate from showing. I've tried removing the "Real Estate" line within the search history (albeit I don't want it to start with) and that didn't help either.
NOTE: I could not find an appropriate "Bing Maps" TAG, so "Bing Web Search" is what you get...
