Trusted Signing Identity Stuck In Validation 17+ Days

Hi,
I created a new Azure Trusted Signing Account, requested a new Identity Validation, filled the form in etc.
Got an automated email to email account one, which contained a validation link which I clicked. That was 17 days ago, and we've not heard anything since, no emails and the request is stuck in validation. Azure support do not support it, our account manager says there isn't a process for handling these issues yet.
Any ideas how to find out if something has gone wrong?
