I believe there is some incompatibility issue with Microsoft Authenticator and the new Motorola Edge Pro 50 (Android 14) device.

I installed Microsoft Authenticator, restored the Bakcup account, and the accounts appeared in the app.

Check the codes, comparing them with the codes on the old device and they are synchronized.

When I try to Login to my Microsoft account, I receive the notification on both devices (old and new).

Using the old one, I continue to log in without any problems, but using the new one, when I try to validate, the application behaves as follows:

- I receive the PUSH normally, with the number to be selected

- As soon as I select the number, a pop up appears in the Microsoft Authenticator application with the following message:
Your screen lock has been changed.

- When you click on configure, the following page appears:
Your screen lock has been changed.
To keep your account secure, you will need to set up phone sign-in again.

RE-ENABLE ENTRY BY PHONE

- When you click on the button, the temporary window appears saying SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT, and then the screen for sending notification appears.

. When validating on the device itself (Motorola Edge 50 Pro), the message (image 01) reappears that the screen lock has been changed.
. When validating using the old phone, the temporary message SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT appears (image 03) and it doesn't go away (I waited another 10 minutes).

I have already restarted the device.
I have already uninstalled the Microsoft Authenticator app and reinstalled it. (clearing cache and deleting files)
I have already installed the app on another profile within the same device.

None of this worked.

I would like support to be able to use Microsoft Authenticator, please.
