Hello Schifter, Gabriela,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
Problem
I understand that you are experiencing synchronization errors in the site recovery vault.
Solution
To resolve the synchronization errors, ensure that soft delete is indeed disabled for all relevant storage accounts. You can do this through the Azure portal and secondly, clear the Recovery Services Vault Cache Under the "Settings" section, from Recovery Services vault in the Azure portal and ensure the storage account status reflects the latest configuration.
Also, Stop the current replication process for the problematic VM and re-enable replication by configuring the replication settings again. This process can refresh the configuration and recognize the updated storage account settings.
Lastly, ensure that the Azure Site Recovery (ASR) agent on the VM is up-to-date. An outdated agent can sometimes cause synchronization issues. Then, you can update the agent from the VM's settings in the Azure portal or manually by downloading the latest version and Reboot the Affected VMs.
