2024-06-19T05:14:43.0833333+00:00 Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.
I am afraid your verbatim is not giving an actual picture of what exactly the issue is.
- Can you please share the Network architecture of your set up.
- When you say "After connecting to Azure VPN"
- Is this P2S ?
- Are you connecting your local laptop to Azure via P2S ?
- When you say "I am unable to connect Oracle EBS vision instance"
- Is this VM located in Azure VNET ?
- Because if not, I am not sure how connecting to Azure VNET would help you connect to a 3rd party cloud
- When you say " from my region Canada."
- All other users are connecting via P2S from US and you are connecting your local laptop via P2S from Canada region?
Again, we have little knowledge of your architecture and I would highly appreciate if you could
- share a network diagram of your set up
- and what exactly is this "Oracle EBS vision instance" and where exactly is this located?
Cheers,
Kapil

Answer: 10.0.0.14:8000 (apps.example.com) - This is my Oracle EBS application IP address: few days back I was able to access this application but not now.

2024-06-19T17:17:13.6766667+00:00 So, in summary, you are not able to connect to a VM(10.0.0.14:8000) in Azure using P2S.
As next steps,
- Are you using Azure VPN Client?
- If so, are you able to see the state as "Connected"?
- Can you share a screenshot of the VPN Client page once connected to the P2S VPN?
- Something like
- What happens when you try to Telnet/TCPPing 10.0.0.14:8000 from your local PC?
- Are there any other VMs in Azure which you are able to connect to?
- Or you are not able to connect to any VMs in the first place
P.S : I don't see a network architecture diagram PNG, I could only see a Network interface
- Are you using Azure VPN Client?

2024-06-19T17:38:23.8333333+00:00 At this point of time I am using only one VM to connect.

2024-06-21T05:05:20.2066667+00:00 Can you share a screenshot after Connecting?
- It should display the routes advertised to you
- Hit the Connect Button and share us what do you see in the right pane

2024-06-24T10:45:56.48+00:00 From learned routes, I can see you are learning
- 10.0.0.0/16
- 172.16.201.0/24
This means there is no issue with the P2S VPN Gateway.
Can you please address all my queries?
- What happens when you try to Telnet/TCPPing 10.0.0.14:8000 from your local PC?
- If you are not able to connect to 10.0.0.14, it is possible that 10.0.0.14 is blocking you
- Go to the 10.0.0.14 VM, and check IP flow verify
- VM Name : Name of the 10.0.0.14 VM
- NIC : NIC of the 10.0.0.14 VM
- Protocol : TCP
- Direction : Inbound
- Local Port : 8000
- Remote IP Address : <IP Address assigned to your local VM via P2S>
- Remote Port : 1234
- And share the results.
Cheers,
Kapil
