Blazor app works locally but shows Error.razor page after publishing

Hello,

I have developed a Blazor 8 application using Visual Studio. The app runs correctly when running locally, but after publishing it to Plesk, it only shows the Error.razor page without any additional error details.

How can I diagnose the issue and find out the details of the error occurring after publishing the app?

Hi @Yusuf,

Try to add ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT = Development into Environment Variables in Plesk. Then we can find more error details in the Error Page.

Usually this problem is related to the database connectionstring or other UAT environment configuration, please make sure that the service connection status is normal.

Hi @Yusuf,

Maybe you can set the environment variables like below. This picture I found from plesk forum. If we can set ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT = Development , we may found more details in Error Page.

If it still not works, please try to contact Plesk Support and learn how to check all the logs.
