Getting Error a Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero

I am getting error Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero.

This error has come after migrating of windows server 2012 to windows server 2016.

If i am logging new application, i am getting above mentioned error.

How to solve this type of error.

It seems that the error is caused by the value of one parameter in application. You can use IIS log or Fail Reuqest Tracing to check the error in IIS. I suggest you use Debug Diagnostic Tool to troubleshoot the application when it run on server. Download from here and refer to this tutorials.

Not only one application.

All the applications error will come as above mentioned error.

the same was working before migrating windows server.

Sorry for the late reply. Can you show the image of error page? Is this error reported when you visit a certain page of the application or when you visit a certain resource?
