How to fix the error 'NoCompleteDataAvaliable' in keyword search using bing ads api

I am trying to retrieve the keywords for a specific date range using bing ads api keyword search and the response is:

"s:ServerInvalid client data. Check the SOAP fault details for more information. TrackingId: c4e28e44-5479-47c9-9159-d7f26000c65e.c4e28e44-5479-47c9-9159-d7f26000c65e2004NoCompleteDataAvaliableYou requested a report with complete data for all included campaigns. Currently only partial data is available in the respective time zone of one or more campaigns. Please try again later or submit a report request for partial data"

It worked after resubmitting the same request a day after. But, I would like to know the root cause and fix for the issue.

    Hello,

    This message my help-->Currently only partial data is available in the respective time zone of one or more campaigns.

    Check the date range that you are using, sometimes recently date can't be available at time for campaigns.

    Thanks for the reply Omar. I always pull the data from the previous day and that usually works. I get this error in a rare case. If this happens regularly, what is the quick fix for this issue?
