Problem with az aro update Code: DeploymentFailed

Hello,
I am trying to execute az aro update on my ARO cluster but after few minutes I am receiving message as below:
(DeploymentFailed) ARO Cluster Operator has failed to initialize successfully. Please retry, and if the issue persists, raise an Azure support ticket

Code: DeploymentFailed

Message: ARO Cluster Operator has failed to initialize successfully. Please retry, and if the issue persists, raise an Azure support ticket

Nothing change after retry.

I understand that you are experiencing issue while execute "az aro update" on your ARO cluster.

Ensure that the service principal used to create the ARO cluster has the necessary permissions to perform the update. Specifically, the service principal should have the Owner role assigned to it.

Check if the resource group where the ARO cluster is created has the necessary permissions. Ensure that the service principal has access to the resource group and can perform the necessary actions.

Verify if there are any deny assignments on the resource group that might be preventing the update. Check the Azure portal for any deny assignments and remove them if necessary.

Try retrying the az aro update command to see if the issue persists.

I have tried few times with different options but finished with InternalServerError after that recreated cluster.
