Hi pekka sääski,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
- First, ensure that both your personal and corporate email addresses are associated with user identities in Azure Active Directory (AAD). Your corporate email will likely be a part of your organization's AAD tenant. If your personal email is not linked to an AAD (like a Microsoft personal account), you might need to create a guest user account in your corporate AAD tenant for this email.
- The Azure administrator in your organization can invite your personal email address as a guest user to the corporate AAD tenant. This is done from the Azure portal:
- Go to Azure Active Directory > Users > New guest user.
- Provide the personal email address and send an invitation. This process will link your personal email as a guest user in your corporate directory.
- Once your personal email is added as a guest in your corporate AAD, the administrator can assign appropriate Azure roles to this account, similar to any regular user within the organization. This is crucial for accessing Azure resources or specific trainings that require certain permissions.
- If the training platform is integrated with Azure AD for authentication, you should now be able to access it using either your corporate or your personal guest user credentials, depending on the permissions assigned.
