How to fix remote desktop on Azure VM Machine stuck in CMD screen?

I am able to connect via remote desktop, however it keep haging on "SConfig" command prompt screen, after disable SConfig, it become a CMD screen on C:\users\account>

    Hi Yion,

    How are you disabled SConfig? Are you using:

    Set-Sconfig -AutoLaunch $false

    After you set this, try and reboot your VM and see if you see the same result.
