I am trying to submit an appeal to have my account unsuspended by Microsoft Ads. When I follow the link provided by Microsoft Ads via email, I cannot click on the button. I tried with different browsers but nothing. Any ideas how to solve this? Or is there an alternative way to submit an appeal? TIA

If the appeal button in Microsoft Ads isn’t clickable, here are some steps you can try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, issues with web pages can be resolved by clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
    2. Try a Different Browser: Switch to another browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to see if the issue persists.
    3. Check Browser Extensions: Disable any browser extensions that might be interfering with the site’s functionality, especially ad blockers.
    4. Use Incognito/Private Mode: Open an incognito or private browsing window to see if you can access the appeal button there.
    5. Check Account Status: Ensure your account is in good standing and that there are no alerts or restrictions that might affect your ability to appeal.
    6. Contact Support: If the above steps don’t work, reach out to Microsoft Ads support directly. You can do this through their support page or by phone for immediate assistance.
    7. Use an Alternative Submission Method: If available, look for an email address or alternative contact form to submit your appeal directly.

Following these steps should help you resolve the issue with the clickable button or provide an alternative way

    to submit your appeal.

For the most reliable and updated information, it’s best to consult the Microsoft Advertising Help Center directly or contact their customer support for assistance specific to your account issue.
