Entra Private Access ... just not working

Hello! We are testing Entra Private Access, but cannot get it to work. Got it set up according to the doc; https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/entra/global-secure-access/how-to-configure-quick-access -test web app, connector server, access client, forwarding profile to the app, user access... all in place.

Network traffic collected in the client picks up the traffic here and labels it "Tunnel", but browser just times out

Some pointers to get this to work would be of great help!

    Hi, here are some next steps you can do:

    • open advanced diagnostic and start an advanced log collection. Repro the issue and stop the recording. In the zip folder which is created you will find plenty of logs incl. a network trace.
    • go to your connector server and try to open the test app from there. If the connector can reach it, we know it is private access, if the connector can´t reach it, it would be on your network.
    • download the latest GSA client here: https://aka.ms/gsawinlatest
    • If you don´t get it to work, you can open a support ticket, the feature is GA so support would be able to help.
