Hotmail Account Recovery Issues

I am unable to log into my Hotmail account because I forgot the password, and it is not linked to a phone number for recovery.

I have submitted recovery requests through the form multiple times, but they are not being accepted.

This email account was created recently, and I have only sent one email from it, so I cannot recall any details that might help.

What steps can be taken to regain access?

Fill Out the Account Recovery Form: Since you’ve already tried this, make sure to provide as much information as possible, even small details like the subject lines of emails you remember sending.     3. Create a New Account: If all else fails and you’re unable to recover your account, you might need to create a new Hotmail account. While this isn’t ideal, it ensures you can continue using email services without further delay.
