I can't create a simple support ticket to increase my text to speech concurrency request limit

I want to increase my text to speech concurrency request and TPS limit but Microsoft wouldn't allow me to create a support ticket but instead wants me to buy a plan to contact support.

I just need to increase my limit. Can someone please here from here?

Unfortunately, for the Text to Speech (TTS) service, the concurrency request and TPS limits are typically adjustable only for the Standard (S0) pricing tier and the support ticket are for specific plans not for all free plans.

Therefore, if you're currently on the Free (F0) tier, consider upgrading to the Standard (S0) tier. This will allow you to request an increase in your limits and Submit a Support Request Ticket.

Also, should there be any issue during upgrading option, you might want to contact Microsoft Sales directly not raising support ticket.

I am already on the Standard S0 tier not the free plan. I have been on the Standard plan since long time and I still can't create a support ticket to increase my limit
