Video unavailable

Hi,

The video indexer was working fine with API. But when I tried indexing another video, it shows getting video, noticed the preview etc. But after 10 % it shows video unavailable.

I have uploaded a video via the web, and it shows indexing. But it looks paused at 40%. (.ID : bcyupsftbn )

Was the service down ? Is there a status page or any logs we can see for this ?

What is the root cause of this ? And no other errors or details are given. I can provide multiple video id. This is one of it ypak859uqo , 5gdaoisnlv , omrts3pc1h,

@Hari KT With AVI the free pricing has a limit of up to 10 hours of free indexing for website users, and up to 40 hours of free indexing for API users. Do you think you are using free trial and used up the hours?

If not, then you should report the issue through a support case from Azure portal for your video indexer account. Thanks!!

Update : I am not using the Free tier, but I know it shows a Free tier account on the top ( Which you can switch ) . But I have switched the directory and created a "Pay as you Go" account and linked with the Azure Portal. The only problem I wonder is the region, we are using swedencentral, which is not shown on creating the support ticket nor it is available in the package. Seems a bit hard to report the issues etc.
