Need a SCCM report with devices name, manufacturer and model

Hello,

I need to get with SCCM list of devices with their manufacturer and model.

I looked at everywhere (reports, query, ...) but I found nothing that meet my need...

What I thought easy is finally not easy to do.

Please have you got an solution ?
