The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded. Ask a Global administrator to give access to the tenant then try to rerun the process in an inprivate browser. If you're not added to that particular tenant you can't do anything.

    See: https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-aadsts50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist

    Hi @ Dheeraj Dua

Thank you for sharing your issue on Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you're experiencing authentication problems with your Azure account, specifically an error indicating that your user account is not authorized to fetch tokens for a certain extension.

In addition to @akinbade abiola answer, have you tried signing in using different browsers or an InPrivate browsing session? If not, please sign out and then attempt to sign in again from a different browser or a private session to see if that makes a difference.

Also, ensure that your account is a member of the correct tenant. The error message suggests that your account may not exist in the specified tenant. If you're trying to access resources in a different tenant, you might need to be added as an external user.

I recommend accessing the Azure account directly using the following link: portal.azure.com/<yourtenantID>.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the authentication issues with your Azure account. If the problems persist, please don't hesitate to ask for further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Harshitha Eligeti.
