    Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum.

The error code 0xc00000f typically indicates a problem with the Boot Configuration Data (BCD).

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Use another computer to create a bootable USB drive with the Windows Server 2025 installation media.
    2. Boot from the USB drive and select your language preferences.

    Click on "Repair your computer".

Go to "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt".

    1. Rebuild the BCD:

In the Command Prompt, type the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:

    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    bootrec /scanos
    bootrec /rebuildbcd

This will attempt to fix the Master Boot Record (MBR), the boot sector, and rebuild the BCD.

     4. In the Command Prompt, run the CHKDSK utility to check for disk errors:

    chkdsk C: /f /r

Replace C: with the appropriate drive letter if your system drive is different.

     5. After completing these steps, restart your server and see if it boots correctly.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be necessary to replace the lost disk and restore from a backup if you have one.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards

    Jacen
