AI Studio: no more token usage statistics in prompt flow trace

Since a few days we can no longer trace the token usage in prompt flows in AI studio. The token usage always returns 0 and we can no longer open the trace to see details for each step of the prompt flow.
Reproduction:
- Run a prompt flow
- Execute a query
- Wait for the output to arrive
- Click on 'View Outputs'
- Go to 'Trace'
