SSAS connections are not happening through msmdpump.dll while doing the load tests. What to do?

We are performing a 1 hour load test of 300 users and 370 users on SSAS and we are seeing that application is working fine under 300 user load. However, when we are conducting 370 users test, in the first 20 minutes CPU was getting occupied 100% and after 20 minutes, the CPU suddenly dropped to 1-5% till the end of the test. I tried to login to SSAS through SSMS tool and I was not able to connect to it using pump.dll. However, the connection is happening quickly directly using server name. we have even tried to increase the connectionpoolsize setting in msmdpump.ini file. But we still seeing the issue. Is there anything I need to check further from IIS or any other settings I need to consider to avoid this behaviour
