Cannot see the Certification in my learning profile after passing the exam

I cannot see my certificate even after I passed my exam. How could I contact Microsoft to get it resolved?

I have got mails saying Congratulations on earning your Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification, however when I click the link in the mail I cannot see the certification under my learning profile.
