Please advice on below issue
We are trying to block exchange sync and enforce outlook which is working fine via Conditional access policy. Then we applied app protection policy which restricted the cut copy paste option.
It worked for few users and same policy not getting applied though we waited, reinstalled outlook. Still the below error. We suspect something to do with that user Sync from On-Premises. Please advice.
We are getting above error in Mobile while connecting to Outlook. License is applied/Its part of App protection policy and Conditional access policy.
What is the device compliance status of the devices in question? Are the apps checking in for APP for the users in question (look under Troubleshooting in Intune)

We have removed Device compliance checks from CA policy, though it throws the same error for few users.

We have removed Device compliance option from conditional access policy. Still the same error for few users alone with above same error.
