Replication appliance for azure migrate setup

Hi all, I have one azure migrate project in which I have two appliances one for discovery of hyper v VM and the other is for discovery of physical servers . I also already have a ASR azure site recovery vault and have two hyper v hosts registered to it. I am currently setting up the replication appliance for azure migrate for replicating physical machine and for that I got azure site recovery unified setup or something that I must run I did that on of the hosts that is already register to one of the vault. It failed at the end it couldn't connect to the newly created vault which was created for azure migrate. Is this because the host is already registered and if so can I run this setup anywhere as long as it has free space in the hard drive and is windows 2016 or above and can reach the physical server . I want to make sure if I should run this setup on a host that is not already registered. And how much free space do I need in the drive. I only want to migrate one physical server

    Thanks for your response. Yes, you're correct. If the host where you want to install the Azure Migrate replication appliance already has Hyper-V services installed, you have two options. You can remove the Hyper-V service from the host, or you can create a Hyper-V virtual machine on the host and install the replication appliance on the virtual machine. The second option is a better option because it allows you to keep the Hyper-V services on the host and still meet the requirements of the replication machine Just make sure the virtual machine has enough resources (CPU, memory, and storage) of the replication machine and that it meets additional system requirements.
