Terminal Services Encryption Level is not FIPS-140 Compliant issue

Good day,

We have an issue Terminal Services Encryption Level is not FIPS-140 Compliant.

The version is 2016. and The exchange server is running.

I wonder if change to FIPS-140 Complian support for the server.

Is there any risk for mail service?
